Terry Lahti has been serving colleges and universities since 1980, when she began her career in admissions at Saint John's University in Minnesota. She has held enrollment leadership positions at the University of Miami (FL), Agnes Scott College (GA) and Kalamazoo College (MI). In 1997, she formed Lahti Search Consultants, specializing in searches for admissions and enrollment positions in higher education. A native of Minnesota, Terry earned her bachelor's degree from the College of Saint Benedict (MN), studied abroad in Salzburg, Austria, and has completed graduate coursework at the University of Notre Dame (IN).

Sandra Ware Sandy Ware joined Lahti Search consultants in 2000 after 15 years in admissions at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston and a J.D. from the University of Missouri. After practicing law for a few years, Sandy joined the admissions staff at TCU where she was eventually named Dean of Admissions. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experiences and connections to enrollment-related searches. Sandy graduated from high
school in Valencia, Venezuela, is fluent in Spanish and continues to travel abroad regularly.

Barb Friedhoff is an experienced admissions professional who assists with searches and conducts hundreds of reference calls annually. Prior to joining Lahti Search Consultants in 2004, Barb worked in undergraduate admissions at her alma mater Clarke College (IA) and Hamline University (MN) where she received her master's degree. She was subsequently in graduate admissions at Hamline and later served as Director of Graduate Admissions at Bradley University (IL). Barb also spent a year teaching English in Tokyo, Japan.
